EEC.MS - ExpressionEngine add-ons

I’ve got an MSM site that has five sites on it and have just noticed that some of the sites are showing files from the upload directories of other sites. I’m using MX Universal Editor with the TinyBrowser file manager to upload files.

What’s happening is:

- Go to one site and reset the file upload directory in the preferences for the field.

- Go to another of the sites and find that the same corresponding field is browsing the file upload directory of the site that just had its preferences saved.

Looking at the source for the upload directory dropdown for each of the field’s selects shows that they’re showing the correct upload directories that correspond to that site.

But it only appears to be affecting some of the sites, not all of them. I’ve double checked all the file upload directories and they’re all correct and all using absolute paths.

And yes, CP and all the sites are on the same domain (each of the subsites are subdomains).
